Very good experience! Lunch with drinks and desserts for big eaters around €25/pers. Right on the market (we often do it). Poke bowl, makis, skewers, mochis,... Everything was excellent and plentiful. Service a little long (at least we're sure it's fresh homemade) but very attentive. Very bright room and nice design. Impeccably clean. We will gladly come back !

Hi, Sadly, I did not get the opportunity to try this restaurant. I called to place a pick up order and was met with a very hostile receptionist. The whole experience was very confusing and left me feeling quite upset and sad at the end. I called, they piked up and vaguely asked me to be put on hold (I could not hear very well throughout the whole conversation as well, and stated that a few times with no reaction or compassion just frustration). The individual then picked up again and re-greeted me as if a I was new customer, which is fine but there was no thank you for holding and just a quick to get it done voice on the other end, I thought this person must have a lot on their plate and I said “yes this is the person that would like to order to go”, and there began what felt like an abrasive encounter. I say all this to set the tone, again I do try to step back and acknowledge that picking up the phone and taking orders can be a stressful job. Its is hard to describe but the person’s over all mood and attitude toward me was really off putting and seemed filled with frustration. I asked them about an item on the menue that I was unsure about, they proceeded to tell me that if it’s not on the menu they can’t make it after a back and forth, where I think they must have asked someone else but at this point I could not understand or hear very well and I didn't know if it was or was not on the menue, I knew there was the maki version but wasn't sure if there was the california roll version. Online there were two menues which was why I was a bit confused (with two different prices by the way— hopefully they fix that issue), but when I tried to explain the individual was quite hostile. The whole way through the order was tense and uncomfortable, and so at the end I just felt the need to say that they should try to be a little kinder over the phone, because at that point I just felt not so good about the whole experience. The person got very upset, and said “its not my job to take 15 minutes to look over the menue for you and find what you want” I looked at my phone and said we’ve only been on the phone for 5. I asked for the manager, and the response was “I’m the manager” I said are you the owner, can I speak to the person in charge, I didn't feel like speaking to them would amount to anything other than more frustration. They continued to say that they would not bother them with this. I said you’ve lost a customer and have a good night and hung up. I was eager to try this restaurent, and a bitter taste was left in my mouth before even trying the food. I’ve worked and grown up in the restaurent industry, my father and mother were both chefs, I know my way around the kitchen and the dinning room. I have a lot of compassion for people working in the industry as it is much harder than most people realize. Perhaps this person had a particularly hard day, and I am sorry, we’ve all been there. But please just try to be a little kinder and patient with others and yourself as well. One can hear a smile over the phone (my partner has worked for radio stations and I know that we an hear someone smile). Thank you for your time.
